@GaGim 不行。对于新号，giffgaff to giffgaff 有几个月的免费期。登录官网可以看到 “Free giffgaff to giffgaff calls and texts expire on xx/xx/xx”，在免费期限内，不扣费，产生不了“余额变动”。保号看的是“余额变动”，包括消费和充值。
