我和你负载应该差不多，但是没外接显示器。
掌托温温的，CPU 核心温度 70-80。并没有感觉到困扰。莫非你的温度更高么？

It's a result of the Mojave update and should stop scanning eventually. Don't remove the MRT.app if you rely on Apple's security features at all.

对，他们自己也知道。。。不过也没什么办法，全金属外壳多少有点这个问题。

如果系统已经知道你当前的版本不是最新版本。
然后每隔一段时间就会提醒你一次的。

如果没开两步验证也是一样，就算选择 ignore 掉，隔一段时间还是会有。
