比如说各大云计算厂商卖的云服务，如果是政企军用的，会在政府用地造新大楼新机房，服务器部署进去，然后运维人员全部要通过政审才能访问，普通员工线上也访问不了特殊机房。如果搞 AI 的话，大概率也是专项部署到政府大楼然后隔离运行。

相对的，如果你直播只是和朋友一起看一起玩，没有开打赏没有带货，就没问题。

必须有两拨人，一拨人负责把软件的方方面面写成设计书，然后另一波人在完全没有看过原始软件源代码的情况下，仅从设计书重新构建起一个软件，这样可以保证新的软件里没有任何一部分是通过查看了旧源代码后产出的，就没有问题。
只要你有足够的证据证明你实施了净室，就能在法庭上站住脚。
