免费的多数都是基于 edge-tts 白嫖的
pip install edge-tts 这个可以用 我使用 edge-tts 搭了个在线文字转语音，可以看看 https://tts.pyvideotrans.com/ 如果是文本，直接浏览器发到 edge-tts 服务器，如果是 srt 格式，经后端服务器中转 |
