漫游只是偶发，以后保存号码时都要加前缀+86 好像有点不划算啊。。。

摸索到小窍门了，分享如下：
按住说话的同时，另一手指点击一下屏幕其他地方，则退出导航手势模式，此时可以稳稳的发送语音了或上划取消
