目前用的 niz 有线键盘 35 克的，之前用过 hhkb 和红轴，长期使用都会小指头疼。用了 niz35 克确实有所改善，然后还几十块买了一个腕力球没事的时候转一转活动手腕，目前基本不会不会手指头疼了。 （家里和公司都换成了 niz 35 克）

@goodspb 习惯了还是 35 克舒服，长期打字不累。就是指法不准确的人可能会误触，之前可以练习过指法用起来没啥问题

其实只要指法正确，没有那么容易误触的，反而打字非常顺滑

目前用的 niz 35 克，小拇指再也没疼过。挺想试试燃风的 30 克的，不过喜欢小键盘布局，要是有 66 键的倒是想试试。楼主可以试试，打字很轻

把 capslock 改成了 ctrl 之后用的多了左手小指有点不舒服，后面就换了 35 克的键盘更轻一点，或者用手肘拍 ctrl 基本不会疼了
