美国第一看关系（上大学推荐信，工作看“network”，要升到 management 更少不了办公室政治），第二可能是看能力然后第三学历。不同是不少人不走这个大学->职员这个赛道，搞副业或者自己从事 physical labor 开个小公司，所以会有很多读书读不好但还是世俗意义成功的案例
