@Devmingwang 感谢大家的关注和回复，电信客服回电果不其然，一开始打太极，说电信没有限速，又说网站的线路和流量问题，我不想和客服撕逼挂电话了，准备走工信部投诉了。我一直用 443 端口和 translate.google.cn 的混淆，晚上试试 80+189.cn 试试看会不会好点。
