我来说一下吧，segmentfault 从没有搬运过其他平台的内容，用户的问题是否通过并不是由 segmentfault 决定的，是由大众评审决定的。对于提问的质量有要求是为了方便回答的人以及后续查看问题的人能有个更好的体验，一般检测到不符合质量的问题会经过大众评审。慕课网爬 segmentfault 的内容已经持续好久了，然而 segmentfault 目前也没什么办法，爬虫怎么封都难以封掉，我觉得慕课网这种也是个老流氓。
