你想要的是一个拥有 tool use ，且支持 agent loop 的 api ，那现在没有，只能拿 sdk 手搓，或者用开源龙虾之类的配可以 tool use 的裸 api

Codex is back up. We introduced an issue that caused requests to be blocked and rejected as high cyber risk. This was fixed in ~8 mins and we are now back online and fully operational.

Team will reset rate limits, that’s been a while. Enjoy one on us.

Anthropic 家主要就是聚焦，就一个方向一套模型往前走，去年开始全面转向 toB ，据说营收长得飞快。

bug 最新的，OpenAI GPT-5.3-Codex 开到 High+，效果杠杠的，而且速度很快

我的判断是，如果仅是编程/Agent 领域，OpenAI 和 Anthropic 差别不会特别大，甚至按不同应用场景分别使用效果更佳

是的，Google AI Studio 是 to developer 的，不好含在 Google ToC 的订阅 Package 里
之前 AI Studio 网页版放开免费用，几乎无限额，最近几个月开始逐步收紧了
