您在帖子中提到的降频和焊点问题以及中国国产 app 都非常有道理。
1.降频
对于原生 Android 系统而言，当手机检测到 CPU 温度高于 35 度时，就会进行限制频率处理，如果您是 AndroidOEM 开发者您可以调整这个数值。
2.焊点问题
即使是别的不讲，仅仅是 Nexus6P 在 2015 年之前出厂的手机均存在这个问题。
3.中国国产 app
有一部分“不受欢迎”的软件，可能会侵犯用户隐私或者使用流氓行为导致手机运行速度变慢，因此 Google Play 会严查这类应用，不会给这些应用有上架机会。
