1 先基于 code base 输出项目整体文档，
2 执行/init （如果使用 cc ）生成 claude.md 每次对话会默认带上这个文件。
3 然后根据你的需求输出整体和拆解的需求，根据需求串行或者并行执行子任务。
4 注意多用 /compac 压缩会话继续当前需求 /clear 清除历史会话开始新的需求
5 有没有你使用的 AI model or agent 设置的 context window 过小，目前 200k~1M 是常见的。
