讲一下我的情况，供参考。我有过单侧眼睛和同侧太阳穴一起间歇性剧痛的情况。左右两侧均发生过。属于突发性。发作前一般都是脖子长时间不动（如电脑看很久、睡觉），且在疼痛之前，会先有看不清字的症状。结合我个人的颈椎问题来看，我觉得是由于颈椎不好造成的。神经内科的医生说是神经痛，原因不明。骨科医生说颈椎的确有问题，但是不严重。我最近经常活动、按摩脖子，并且尝试做了颈部推拿，感觉对缓解症状有效果。楼主可以骨科拍下颈椎的片子，然后做做推拿试试。不过颈部推拿失误可能导致严重后果，请谨慎考虑。

@herozzm 谢谢老哥的建议^_^不过医生说我的颈椎不建议剧烈的运动（比如篮球、羽毛球）。
