DigitalOcean reset root password 后无法登录

    设置了只允许ssh key不允许root 密码登录，ssh 端口也被我改了

    The droplet appears to not have fully initialized all networking tables
    It seems that after a reset of some networking tables on our end, the droplet is now responding to network requests.

    firewalld原因，reset之后防火墙禁了端口访问（我之前改了ssh端口）

    如果是密码错或只允许publickey的话，会显示拒绝登入而不是connect refused（至少先得让你输密码才知道对不对嘛）。connection refused是服务没开或者端口不对。VPS肯定有console的，用那个就行。
