或者类似于Github那样的管理系统也可以。给小型团队做项目管理使用。之前听说过Redmine，不过因为是RoR做的，而自己是学Python的，就给否掉了。

@reorx 为啥改git了？我和你相反，从git换到hg了。。。以前用git的时候有个gitg还不错，你可以试试看

用 RoR 做的为啥不能给学 Python 的人用？这个逻辑很奇怪。给你用 trac 吧，这个也有 git 插件，估计你还不一定能搭起来。

其实 git 自带的 gitk 就不错了。

@jjgod 让没有学过RoR的人去搭可以跑起基于RoR的项目是件很纠结和困难的事情，这点我深有感触……倒不是因为对Ruby有什么特别的看法。

感谢大家，从大家的回答中总结出有以下几个工具：
Gitg, Qgit4, Gerrit, Tower。

现在正用Gitg中，以后会陆续试用其他几个~

SmartGit还是不错滴，然后如果习惯用IDE的话，很多IDE自带Git的UI界面

我没学过ROR不过搭建起redmine整个过程基本没阻碍，和django什么的很想，最后用thin跑的服务，然后nginx转发。
