早年安卓有外置 sd 卡的时候喜欢搞一个 内置存储 外置存储的概念，前者简称经常叫“内存”，然后实际的内存被叫做 “运行内存“，不知道现在是不是遗留下来的

过往经验，带桌面环境的其实就是 windows 最好用。linux 的各种发行版多少有点折腾，奇怪的问题也不少。win11 是第一个大版本烂了。这个情况和当年 win10 第一个大版本差不多，马上要推出的 22H2 的其实还行。
如果还是要上，那就 Ubuntu 或者 Debian 吧，用的人多，遇到问题也容易找到解决方案。
