@wd 不是杠你，其实这句话不完全认同。闭门造车是难以提升能力的，刷刷算法题，学习学习某某技术。对刚毕业有用。越到后面，能力提升需要公司项目喂出来，越没有好的职业经历，接触不到好的项目，越难以提升。加油其实也没啥用。还是那句我从某论坛看到的话：“不是会了牛逼的技术就能去做牛逼的工作，而且做了牛逼的工作才能去用牛逼的技术”。哈~

我自己一直保持工作之外学习的习惯。现在感觉也没啥用。技术的东西就那样，技术面评价差不多时候，后面还会用职业经历学历之类的东西刷人。也不是学会了什么”屠龙技"就能去做理想的工作，是因为做了牛逼的工作，才能用到牛逼的技术。天朝也太卷 ，一份工作十个人能干，要三个人，总归有东西能刷人。

不过有点比较好，网易效率高多了。一天一面。阿里中途要间隔一两个星期。
