我做了个 Rust 国内镜像设置工具，一键自动快速设置 rustup 和 crates 国内镜像

为 Rust 设置国内镜像
- 设置`rustup`和`crates`镜像
- 镜像地址用的是 RsProxy.cn https://rsproxy.cn/
- 未安装 Rust 也可以用，会设置好 rustup 的国内镜像地址
地址： https://github.com/liulinboyi/rust_cn/releases/latest
解压后在命令行执行以下命令即可
.\rust_cn.exe
解压后双击执行也可以，当然最好是在命令行执行，可以捕获错误
crates.io https://crates.io/crates/rust_cn
docs.rs https://docs.rs/crate/rust_cn
