@ares001 ether fi 之前可以用中国护照+海外地址验证通过，现在不知道行不行，可以试试，这张卡很给力，3%返现+ apple pay 、chatgpt 等 ai 都支持。

挑 U 卡，别只看“最高返现”：能不能申请、KYC 要求和实际费用，往往更重要。
U 卡观察本次新增 39 张卡片资料，涵盖交易所、钱包和金融科技产品，包括 Binance 、MEXC 、Pionex 、Jupiter 、SafePal / Fiat24 、Uphold 等。
每张卡都整理了官方来源、申请地区、KYC 、资金路径、费用和返现条件；地区受限、状态待核或已关闭的产品也会注明。

中国银行承担主要责任。银行作为发卡方，其授权系统负有最终审批交易的责任。把 Token 卡号当作普通 PAN 卡号放行，且未触发风控拦截大批量异常的境外拉美交易，这是严重的后端逻辑漏洞。
