我又找到了一个新的解决方法，前往 chrome://flags/，将 Immersive Fullscreen Toolbar 设置为 Enabled 。

这是个 chrome 的 bug
目前出现在 MacOS 12 + 之后的版本，需要在系统设置中关闭自动显示和隐藏菜单栏

c 语言的话我建议直接照着教材的代码敲，那本教材虽说风评不好，但是新手入门很合适的。

如果有移动需求的话我比较推荐 Mac ，因为比较轻薄。但是 Mac 有个问题是你和其他同学的环境配置方法会有区别，在上一些专业课的时候会比较麻烦。
