我也是同样的问题 测试使用 belkin 的 TB3/USB4 和 TB4 两种线缆
用 Finder 传视频到 Infuse 里 约 60M/s
使用图像捕捉下载 iPhone 拍的 ProRes 视频 约 380M/s
使用 ifuse 直接挂载 iphone 的目录：
brew install gromgit/fuse/ifuse-mac
ifuse --documents com.firecore.infuse /tmp/iPhone
然后使用 rsync -avP --no-perms --no-owner --no-group 命令 双向速度均为约 10M/s
