说说我的经验，本人跑步渣渣，配速慢成龟速，为了刺激自己经常跑，我都会提前半年报名国外的马拉松，比如阿姆斯特丹马拉松 、新加坡日落马拉松、皇后镇马拉松、日本富士山马拉松等
一旦设定了目标，然后也提前花了一些钱（机票+报名费） ，再加上十分期待去喜欢的地方跑步。懒懒的我， 确实有坚持下来。
