之前好用的 VPN chrome 插件完全不能用（连不上）了，只有客户端还能连；
tracert 也确实和之前相比多了 61.1xx 网段

坐标上海, imessage 和 facetime 都用过, 两边都接到 96110 打来(听起来像 AI), 屏蔽 96110 后使用正常.
