你可以试试 ip6 直连 mtalk.google.com

1 ，确保用 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 做系统 DNS ，
2 ，不要给 IP6 配 VPN or Proxy.

这样手机 Google Play Service 就能通过 IP6 直连 mtalk.google.com ，
这样就不存在 VPN 服务被杀连接中断的问题，fcm 就能长连接，通知就能一直有.

但是这样有一个副作用，Google 就知道你的手机位置在中国。
