看了下楼主确实有以点赞的形式有在跟进，好评，那就认真反馈下：
1.建议如楼上有人提到的以最后一个 Play 版本为底本，不要引入新的功能和无用权限。
2.Play 上最后一个版本未适配 P 的可调节歌曲时间的通知栏新功能，建议修复。
3.Target API 更新到 28 （不过本来就是 11 月后 Google 的强制要求，否则无法上架）
4.有条件的话建议 Taget API 直接更新到 29，适配 scoped external storage 特性，延长生命周期，否则到了 Android 11 又用不了了。
