17 年国庆前发现有斑秃，到过年最严重，大概两个拇指那么大。18 年三四月份发现开始开始长了点绒毛，到七八月已经看不太出来（大概），现在已经差不多好了，问理发师说头发稍微疏点。期间没怎么用过药，之前也有斑秃经历，没这么严重。。。
斑秃期间，有熬夜的恶习（现在依然有），住寝室有二手烟（现在没有）。。。
总之，我觉得健康的生活习惯很重要吧。
