现在先不用考虑背调的问题，先考虑约到面试的问题。
如果合并简历时间 对你求职有帮助，那就先合并。一般不是大公司 背调都很少。就算背调 到时候再跟 HR 主动坦白下就好了，也不至于因为这个原因导致你约不到面试强。
