之前也同样有过困惑, 慢慢的就好了. 完成工作的时候不要纠结在技术细节上, 实现业务需求才是第一位的. 有余力的时候尽量在实现业务需求的同时把技术提升上去, 并且把代码写的优雅. 再往后就要主动的思考自己, 以及自己团队在整个业务里面的定位, 要和老板的想法定期沟通对齐. 慢慢的开始尝试自己做一些决定, 帮助自己, 也帮助团队一起解决问题.
