听说肚子是最后瘦下来的...还有可以试下找个app，记录下每天吃啥，算算每天摄入和消耗的热量。还有尽量避免吃垃圾食品，高热量食品。很可能几块巧克力就超过你跑半小时的热量了。还有觉得先以健康为目标，不要太急，至少过几个月看效果，长期坚持才对自己最有益。
