@zedboy 目前这个版本 (05-06) 的 rom, 确实存在这个问题，作者 andy 在 xda 回复已经收到了部份 issue ，推测应该是 radio interface layer 的相关问题。

我目前的 workaround(尽量忍受):
1. 确保曾经通过 settings->treble tweaks-> ims ask for Qualcomm vendor S+ 安装 ims apk
2. 每次开机之后使用卡针推出 sim 卡插拔一下 🤣
