把gem的source改成ruby.taobao.org了，但是又卡在了gem install rails上，半天没有反应

我刚好也看到说是换taobao的这个镜像，但$ gem sources --remove http://rubygems.org/过不去，因为我连gem都没有装上...
本来我理应是到了这一步的，就卡在了无法连接的问题上
$rvm install ruby 1.9.2
$rvm --default use 1.9.2
$ruby -v
$gem -V
