@Nomii 修好了，做过的事情:
1.清除 edge microsoft 相关 cookie 的资料
2.删除凭据管理器里面的 MicrosoftAccount:[email protected]
3.更新了 KB5086672
4.重启电脑
猜测是 KB5086672 起了决定性作用，更新日志有提到 "Windows Hello issues patched on some PCs." ，没有继续查下去，等大佬表演

最近我也出现了 7q6ca 这个问题，一开始只是 edge 还不太在意，后面连 Office 套件 也出现这个问题了。办公场景几乎没法使用

@life90 应该是因为 ART 库更新导致的问题，
可以通过 pm uninstall com.google.android.art 降级 art （请小心操作！）
