- openspec + codex plan mode , 创建 / apply / verify change 皆通过 plan mode. plan mode 比之直接执行更加稳妥, 一些方案细节在 apply 之前会反复确认.
- openspec 归档一定通过其自身命令执行, 全局 spec 只能以此为更新.
