注册国外网站试了 N 次都收不到验证码，打给 10086 开通接收国际短信功能后还是收不到，问客服，说“We kindly ask you to provide a document , from the phone provider , attesting to the fact that the number belongs to you.”，那么我去哪找英文文档证明这个电话号是我的？
