以前是用 c#的，最近发布 net7 ，又重新想看研究下，以前从来没有开发过手机端。 安卓调试不了，虚拟器启动不了，具体错误信息：
仿真器错误

nd Windows Hypervisor Platform is available. Please ensure both the "Hyper-V" and "Windows Hypervisor Platform" features enabled in "Turn Windows features on or off".
