我的账号确实是手机号
但也看到有人说什么号黑了就不能注册，怎么才能检测是不是号黑了呢？

是手机号的原因，手机号注册的 Apple ID 不行

苹果的开发者会员那个必须要邮箱注册的才行

现在国内注册开发者账号真心困难，要下载 APP ，还要人脸。
之前注册就点击下付费就好了。 |
