注册 OpenAI 是成功了，但是登录到 ChatGPT 还是一直提示“429 You are being rate limited”，代理切换了美国，日本，德国节点还是一样不行，浏览器无痕也是一样的结果

这个网页上会显示“You IP Address”（出口 IP ），可以在 cip.cc 上看下出口 IP 是属于 cloudflare 的吗？

@montewang 是说运营商是不是 cloudflare 么？我的 ip 查出来显示是洛杉矶，运营商是 psychz.net ，但也是 429 limited
