我的 knowroaming sim 卡被取消了

用了差不多三年，然后收到邮件说被取消了，没有提前告知，直接当天就取消了，之前说定期登陆他们的的 app 就没事，也不知道咋原因，还好拿这个号绑定的服务很少，大家有遇到这种情况吗，
