打算买一款 Apple watch S7 ，但是手机 iOS 版本停留在 iOS 15 不想升级了。请问这样有办法完成 Apple watch 的激活和配对使用吗？

Apple watch 只要不升级 9.0 就可以，最好是升级最新版使用

不能，watchOS 版本不能高于对应的 iOS 版本。
但 iOS 版本可以高于 watchOS 版本。
