请教一下如何能阻止当睡眠时 Windows11 关闭我的所有 App

笔记本型号为 HP Victus 15.6 AMD

非常难受，每次唤醒的时候开的 App 都不在了..

不仅如此，Windows11 还会自己更新，在深夜的时候..

更有甚者，系统更新重启之后找不到启动盘，无法 boot 进 OS ；第二天早上起来查看，状态处于 bios 的提示未能 boot 界面，血压马上就上来了..
