从德国用DHL往国内寄东西，半个月过去了包裹状态一直未更新，请寄过的朋友看下是什么问题？

给朋友寄了几罐奶粉，好久了还没到，在dhl德国官网查询显示包裹将会发往目的国家：

Wed, 23.10.2013 09:06 h IPZ-Ffm, Germany
The shipment will be transported to the destination country and, from there, handed over to the delivery organization. (Homepage / online shipment tracking: )

但是已经过去半个月了，还没有更新，在http://intmail.183.com.cn上查询国内包裹号，显示包裹在法兰克福处于封发状态。

有人知道这个是怎么回事吗？
