为什么 iPhone 3GS的GPS不装SIM卡无法使用？

    3GS不装sim卡无论如何也无法使用GPS，系统里没有相关的设置，装上sim立刻GPS就可以用了

    但我发现3GS的GPS不是很精确，比现在新手机的GPS误差都大个10几米
