有时候滚动鼠标不是触发窗口上下滑动，而是命令行上的历史命令切换。退出 iterm2 后再打开就是正常的窗口上下滑动。
已在 iterm 的 mouse 设置里打开了 scroll wheel sends arrow keys
不知道大家有没有遇到过这种情况。

进一下 vim 再退出就好了
