联系了国区客服说没办法
是不是因为使用了 icloud 邮箱的缘故啊

多半是被 anti-spam 给杀了
多次联系客服或者联系美国客服试试看吧

我用在 iPad 上的账号也有过这样，什么也不能干（切换账号），非常恼火。联系客服，挂完电话就可以了
