刚才已经在Google Play中下单，但是收到了Google取消订单的邮件，内容如下：
Google Inc. has cancelled your order. You have not been charged.
This order was likely canceled for one of the following reasons:
● Details provided for your credit card do not match those on-file with your financial institution.
● The address information provided was incomplete and could not be verified.
● To block an attempt to purchase more than the maximum allowable devices.
在Google Wallet中看到的订单状态也是“已取消”
但是打电话给银行提示已经被扣款...想问问大家这是怎么回事？

@kevineves 你是用国内的信用卡吧？要用美国的信用卡，用美国的 IP 去访问 google play 网站，用美国的转运公司地址收货，这样多数不会被取消。 |

kevineves OP 补充下，看到Google Wallet的说明，只有商品在发货的时候才会从相应账户中扣除款项的啊。

@yanwen 嗯，我用的是招行的VISA卡，之前也在paypal里交易过。可能是账单地址的name和邮寄地址的name不同吧，邮寄地址按照转运公司的要求在name那里加了标示符，账单地址里的name没加 ;(
