开机后远程过程调用失败，这个谁碰见过？

开机后直接就跳到这个画面，确定后，电脑重启，还是进到这个界面，循环。
替换过 windows/system32/termsrv.dll ，但是换回来以前的文件，依旧这样。
电脑能正常进安全模式，怀疑开机自动启动了某个程序或者服务，但是不知道是哪个。

谁知道怎么搞这个？
