Twitter API 很诡异的问题。以前用中文创建list会自动换成 List-1 list-2 ，现在可以用中文list了，但在官网却无法在推文中辨别中文list名称。

而且如果我以非法字符如 “///” 为名字创建list，则会提示：

A list's name must start with a letter and consist only of 25 or fewer letters, numbers, '-', or '_' characters.

这里说的 letter 是指英文字母吧？那么中文为啥也能用？
