斗鱼首页只有在浏览的时候才会播放声音，切换到其他 tab 就静音了。Twitch 看自动画质的时候，切换到其他 tab 它貌似就不会自动加载最高画质了，重新点击 Twitch 又会恢复，是用的 window.onblur , window.onfocus 吗，我在 console 里看了都是 null😑
