最近部分网易邮箱发送到微软企业邮箱都无法发送，都是类似的 ip 和报错。看看能否找内部的人查看下？找了客服没有一个能听懂我意思的= =

退信都是如下:

rcpt handle timeout,last handle info: Host hotmail.com(104.47.49.33) command EHLO respond timeout or disconnected

不止 hotmail，还有很多其他企业域名的，指向都是 Outlook 的 104.47.*.*这个 ip 段

例如北京时间 2021-04-29 00:00:37 出现的：Host ***.com.hk(104.47.126.36) command EHLO respond timeout or disconnected
