如何在登录之前由服务端给 casLoginView.html 登录页面传递参数，用来在前端加密密码？

非对称加密，加密算法提前定好，直接通过 url 把公钥传给前端就可以了
比如之前访问的 URL 是 www.casLoginView.html，现在访问 www.casLoginView.html?psb=xxxxxx
